Shipping Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our store, most items are not made until they are ordered.  All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  However, delays may occur during holidays.  During promotional sales, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process orders due to high volume. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation notification contact us at: info@mysilvercrown.com.

While we do everything we can to get your order processed and sent out for delivery as soon as we can, postal service problems and delays are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders ship via USPS and include tracking.

Packages under 16 ounces will ship via USPS First Class Mail and deliver within 3-5 business days for domestic orders within the USA.   

Packages over 16 ounces will ship via USPS Parcel Ground and deliver within 1-3 business days for domestic orders within the USA.

Please keep in mind that the delivery times above are only estimates and may vary depending on unforeseen delays within USPS, as well as during the holiday season.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
