Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return on most items in new condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Make a Return
To start a return, contact Customer Service at info@mysilvercrown.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer return shipping services for shipping packages back to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges at this time. However, if you experience any issues with the item(s) you've received, please don't hesitate to reach out—we'll be happy to help resolve the situation in whatever way necessary to ensure your satisfaction!
Refunds
We will credit your original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving your acceptable return. Please keep in mind that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
